Gemini Galatea
Hi, I’m Gemini Galatea and I’ve been a resident of Second Life since May 2004.
I started my own shape business in late 2004 after helping many friends to sort out ther avatars and was the first person in SL to offer complete avatars made with non-system skin and hair.
I started modelling in 2005, doing photo shoots for Shiryu Musashi, Jade Jensen and Taz McCoy. It was thanks to Shiryu – one of my oldest friends in SL, that I got back into modelling in late 2007.
He put me in touch with Alissa Weston, then part owner of Premiere. I joined the Agency as a shape & appearance tutor in the Academy as well as doing runway shows. I enjoyed helping the girls to transform themselves, and being a bit of a mother hen to them all. I left Premiere in May 2008 and now work as a freelance Model, Tutor and Photographer.
